Shipping & Returns


Shipping is available for the 50 US States & Puerto Rico for most items. However, we do not ship large fly light units to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Orders process immediatley and your order may not be able to be canceled once the order is in the system. Please be sure you want the items you are ordering before you complete your order. You will have to return the package for a refund minus any shipping charges for original shipping and return shipping should you refuse the shipment.


We are located in Baltimore, Maryland.  We operate according to the eastern standard time zone (est). (Washington DC Time Zone)

We process orders daily Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM EST until approximatley 3:00 PM EST

Orders process the same business day. Most items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. UPS, USPS, FedEx or Common Carrier transit time does not begin until the order has actually shipped. Some large orders can take 7 to 10 days to arrive at your ship to destination after your order is placed. You will receive tracking information once the package is shipped. Any discrepancies in transit time are between you and the shipper once your order is shipped. Transit time is based solely on transit time after the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

**NOTE: For our protection and the protection of all credit card holders, large orders often take up to 72 hours to process. Before a large order can be processed, the payment method must be deposited and cleared by our merchant processor and/or our banking institution. (PayPal payments can take up to 5 days to clear.)

Orders are never processed on Saturday, Sunday, Holidays or observed "Holiday weekends" UPS will not deliver your package on weekends or legal holidays

This rule applies to ALL shipping methods, including Expedited shipping methods.

Incorrect Shipping Address: 

Please be sure the shipping address you use is a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost items due to a incorrect shipping address you have provided. Make sure you provide a apartment number, suite or room number, floor number, etc. if applicable.

Should UPS have to correct the shipping address, or a package is returned for your failure to retrieve the package from UPS.  A $15.00 fee will be charged to us by UPS. We must pass this charge onto the customer. Many items require a signature at the time of delivery. UPS will return the package to us after 3 delivery attempts. We will issue a refund should this occur, minus the original shipping fee, a 10% restocking fee and the $15.00 return shipping fee.

Please do not abbreviate your shipping address.

The address verification system may not recognize an abbreviated shipping address. This could cause a delay in the shipment of your order or a address correction fee by UPS.

NOTE:  Fly Light City reserve the right to cancel and refund any order due to typo's, pricing, shipping fee errors, software glitches, incorrect or unverifiable shipping addresses or any payment method we find questionable or placed outside the USA. 


Fly Lights are warranted by thier respective manufacturers. You must contact the manufacturer.


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping and a 10% restocking fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) and we are notified within 72 hours of a confirmed delivery. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 15 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (up to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
